Scheduling is carried out on the Cagece website and we also have virtual channels such as the Cagece App, we also have a virtual attendant who is on the Cagece website to respond to requests and services”, informs Julita.

In the face of the pandemic, scheduling is a way of providing greater security to employees and the population that needs face-to-face assistance, which is why the company reinforces that only those who schedule a day and time at one of the stores or service centers will be attended to in person. The determination applies both in the capital and inland. Entry to the site will also only be allowed with the use of a mask.

To make an appointment, simply access the Cagece portal, click on the appointment option at the bottom of the website, fill out the form and show up at the chosen date and time. On the day, the citizen must carry an identification document. If you are already a customer, it is recommended to bring a document relating to the property and an invoice. It should be remembered that most services can be requested through the service channels in a practical way through the Cagece App, available for Android and iOS, or through Gesse’s virtual service, which is available on the company’s website.
